Mindfulness and Mental Health

A series of workshops were created and held by Diya Pradhan to provide guidance and knowledge to those in need of ways to boost their mental health. The workshops are designed to help participants become more aware of their emotions and thoughts, which in turn helps them to develop healthy coping strategies.

These workshops strive to create a safe and open environment where people can learn, share and grow. 

The Mental Health Movement

The Mindfulness and Mental Health workshops were founded with the purpose of helping individuals lead healthier and happier lives. I have been passionate about this cause for many years and have held multiple workshops to help people become more mindful and aware of their mental health. I have been able to see significant changes in the individuals I have worked with and it brings me great joy to see the positive impact I have had on their lives.
